SIRCorp wanted us to accelerate the leadership readiness of their managers…essentially to prepare them for the 'people side' of the General Manager role. We helped create a year-long program beginning and ending with 2.5 day offsite retreats. The Accelerated Leadership Program helped SIRCorp's up-and-coming managers create better habits for long term professional success in a business famous for fast burnout. SIRCorp has some of the best young leaders in hospitality, and we're proud to have been part of their growth.
