DEA is a west coast-based multidisciplinary engineering firm of 1000 people. They wanted a truly immersive leadership development program for their up-and-coming leaders, something that would lead to lasting behaviour change, relationships, and memories. This did the trick. As part of a multi-session 'Future Leaders' program, participants went the whole ninja and had the time of their lives. The program, which ran for multiple classes, was a resounding success, with DEA's young leaders beginning to cultivate and practice the communications, self-awareness, and interpersonal mastery that will last their career.
